The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting company products as a subject matter expert to all assigned existing and prospective accounts. This position allows the individual to be consultative and solve complex organizational challenges with leading software solutions used by over 1,500 companies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of successful consulting/sales experience
  • Strong sales and pipeline management skills
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude and competitive spirit
  • Basic understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with goals that will challenge you



  1. Prospects and builds a sales pipeline through management of leads generated by marketing initiatives via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
  2. Conducts regular calls to develop client relations, cross sell products and follow-up on leads.
  3. Creates and maintains sales tools, such as sales PowerPoint presentations, product/service talking points and email messages, focused on promotion of products/services.
  4. Utilizes targeted telephone and email marketing to develop and maintain productive working relationships with current and prospective customers while highlighting products/services of interest.
  5. Schedules and conducts webinar demonstrations with top level Credit Union management and staff to demonstrate new products and present proposals.
  6. Works with other sales team members to help coordinate customer/prospective customer attendance at group presentations.
  7. Obtains feedback to ensure clients are satisfied with CU Solutions Group products and services. Continually support and resolve client requests to ensure retention of clients and acquisition of new clients.
  8. Ensures existing clients are well supported and served through phone, email, and chat support in accordance with established CU Solution Group policies and procedures.
  9. Manages and maintains Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with client updates and interactions.
  10. Shares feedback and makes recommendations as appropriate to management regarding product development, pricing, sales projections, placement and promotions.
  11. Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the area of Employee Performance Management and Human Resources industries
  12.  Maintains effective and proactive working relations, communication, and coordination with CU Solutions Group personnel and with management.
  13.  Performs other duties as assigned.
