Our Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations and measurement of digital marketing efforts, ad campaigns focused on lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring. The Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage numerous websites and social media accounts and through marketing automation tools deploy highly effective inbound marketing programs driving top-of-the-funnel growth by increasing leads and adjusting marketing programs based on KPIs. The Digital Marketing Specialist will enhance our capability to analytically draw upon prospect/customer information to provide the right message at the right time driving inbound leads to our sales organization.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (Web-focused) or a related field required
  • 1-3 years' experience working with Sharp Spring or other marketing automation software required
  • 1-3 years' experience managing websites, SEO/SEM, blogs, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • 1-3 years' experience working with website Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with HTML and CSS creation and editing
  • Excellent ability to manage the execution of numerous programs simultaneously
  • Passion, excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently with self-motivation and a positive attitude and as a team player

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ABLE TO -

  • Continually update and maintain MCUL & Affiliate websites with accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure web and social media presence of MCUL & Affiliates is professional and provides value to both internal and external customers.
  • Actively provide input regarding the future development of social media, web media, and video media.
  • Automate lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage all day-to-day troubleshooting and support.
  • Create and maintain landing page and email templates.
  • Implement and maintain automations (workflow, email triggers, distribution strategies, etc).
  • Responsible for using analytics to track performance of digital channels and increase effectiveness.
  • Find key takeaways that increase conversion rates and all related KPIs.
  • Responsible for performing A/B testing and continuously strive to optimize open, click, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain central repository of all content and communication materials.
  • Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of web content, publishing production schedule and other projects related to the website, ensuring all internal stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
  • Responsible for managing, coordinating and posting content across all websites social media platforms.
  • Responsible for analyzing web usage to identify trends for new media communication tools and social media.
  • Assist with the proofreading of all digital and print content.
