The Marketing Manager will lead marketing activities for each specified division.  Reporting to the Marketing Director, a Marketing Manager will partner closely with the division and product teams to attain complete fluency with the product strategy. The marketing manager is responsible for translating this knowledge into high-impact marketing materials and go-to market plans. The Marketing Manager must have a strong understanding of the market and market needs while effectively being able to communicate our product story. The Marketing Manager supports key marketing and sales initiatives, working proactively to produce advertising messaging and consistency across digital marketing campaigns, customer service/support touch points, events, media and public relations initiatives, training, and internal communications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for managing and executing all internal client marketing projects, from planning to reporting results.
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Develop and maintain strategic digital advertising, thought leadership and sales collateral in alignment with overall product strategy. Example include but are not limited to sales decks, promotional materials and campaigns, case studies, testimonials, product best-practices, webinars, blogs, videos, content, data and strategic insight (whitepapers, presentations, event collateral).
  • Support strategic business development opportunities (RFP responses, pitch decks, etc).
  • Enable the successful launch of new products and releases through internal communications development and execution (release notes, internal communications, internal marketing, etc.).
  • Partner with other Marketing Managers, the Marketing Director and the VP of Corporate Marketing to effectively incorporate digital advertising marketing collateral into strategic initiatives.
  • Establish workflow with Division and Sales leaders to identify consumer insights, market conditions and content opportunities.
  • Partner with relevant marketing department colleagues to measure digital, website, social, campaign-level, and sales level engagement in accordance with marketing/sales strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a marketing relationship with key customers who are willing to be references for case studies, messaging, print and video collateral and training event. Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that engage with prospects and customers for brand awareness education.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Digital, SEO, social media knowledge is required. Google Analytics certified preferred.  If not certified, employee will be required to complete certification in first 90 days of employment.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and navigate projects through different teams.
  • Strong ability to lead a cross-functional, inter-departmental project team.
  • Exceptional internal and external written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to meet budgets and deadlines.
  • Creative and analytical problem solver that sees challenges, not obstacles.
  • Takes initiative with ability to be persistent and operate with tact.
  • Self-directed with limited supervision while working well in a team environment.
  • Understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
  • Confidence in leading clients through consulting process, projects and presentations.
  • Minimum 5 years professional digital marketing experience with 3 years minimum of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications; or commensurate experience.
